Experience has shown that having the right staff/support in place can contribute to creating a conducive learning environment and improved quality of life for our clients while decreasing inappropriate / disruptive behavior. We carefully recruit train, and place employees (DSWs, DSW-Bs, CYWs, PSWs, SSWs, etc) with clients and families in private and/or group homes, classrooms or in the community.
